We finally released our famous blend for home roasters. Even though we roast it as a melange I am sure you will be pleased as a pre roast blend. I would take it to the start of second crack to 30 sec into second crack. We have a minimum of 3 lbs as we have to pull and weigh from multiple bags.

A clean cup start to finish. Smooth velvet body with a touch of chocolate. A great blend of soft coffees.
