3 lbs Gunslinger Espresso Blend green beans

We finally released our famous blend for home roasters. Even though we roast it as a melange I am sure you will be pleased as a pre roast blend. I would take it to the start of second crack to 30 sec into second crack. We have a minimum of 3 lbs as we have to pull and weigh from multiple bags.

Price: $20.00

Big Bend Blend
Another Texas original, rich but still smooth with hints of chocolate and fruit. A well balanced coffee

Blanco River Blend

Brazil Cachoeira Fazenda

The Yellow Bourbon Cachoeira Fazenda (Natural) is produced by the Fazenda Cachoeira (cash-o-era) farm, located in the region of Mogiana, in the state of Sao Paulo. At an altitude of 1,100 to 1,250 meters and an average temperature of 66 degrees, the cherry of this unique bourbon is actually yellow.

Most impressive is their passion for quality as well as their excellent farming and processing techniques. To conserve natural spring waters from the mountains, coffee is naturally processed (patio drying the entire cherry on the bean). This continues the family tradition of caring for the earth as well as producing an excellent coffee.

While many Brazilian coffees are used for making espresso blends, this vintage bourbon is an excellent cup of coffee all on it’s own. An amazingly bright and sweet cup with a classic nutty Brazilian flavour.

Price: $12.48
